Further to the following and the Consultation on the UK implementation of Directive 2013/37/EU
amending Directive 2003/98/EC on the re-use of public sector information.
We understand that the proposals on which the Consultation focuses do not raise any particular
issues for the museum, archive and library sector in Wales, and are therefore content from a sector
perspective with the approaches outlined regarding the means of redress (Article 4) and principles
governing charging (Article 6).
Colleagues responsible for information management within the Welsh Government have also
responded to this Consultation under separate cover.
