DVD Order Form
The Winter and Spring Graduation Ceremony of The University of South Alabama will be
videotaped by the Professional Staff of the Mobile County Public School System’s Television
Network. DVD copies can be ordered at a cost of $20.00 each. Interested parties should fill
this form and mail it in to: MCPSS Television Network, P. O. Box 180069, Mobile, AL
36618. Checks or money orders should be made payable to The Board of School
Commissioners of Mobile. Graduation DVD Copies will be mailed to the address shown.
Please allow three to four weeks after graduation for delivery. For more information contact
