Other Issues on our 06-07 Overall Agenda Rebecca indicated that she had the items below on the agenda for the remainder of the year and asked folks if there were other issues that we had wanted to address this year? The group tried to assign a timeline for when these issues would be addressed. Process and Feedback about Review Process --Do winter term and maybe early April to determine any concerns, issues, learning from this round of reviews as well as any changes that we need to make Feedback from Retreat in November --Michele asked for some help in getting these results out to both the council and the larger SA organization. Rebecca will meet with Michele over spring break to finalize the info for distribution. CIRP Replacement Survey --Eric reported on the progress of the CIRP replacement survey. Because it has grown, there was some discussion about having two versions and half the students would get one version and the other half the other version. Eric and the committee will think about this. Web-Based site for plans --the committee looking at this will have a report and a demo look for the council during Spring term Other projects/needs, etc for the rest of the year? None mentioned Summer Retreat The Council had decided last year that they wanted a summer retreat soon after school was out. The tentative dates that were set were: June 27-28 A committee for planning the retreat will need to be named soon so that a location, etc. can be reserved. Other Rebecca shared information about the NASPA Learning Reconsidered Institute and the International Assessment and Retention Conference in case anyone was interested in attending either of these. Other assessment conference announcements will also be forwarded by email to council members. Pat asked if anyone was going to the NASPA conference as there is going to be an entire day workshop on writing learning outcomes by Keeling, et at. This would be a good workshop for anyone who is going to NASPA to attend. Next Meeting: March 7, 2007 MU Council Room, 9-10:30am CANCELLED March 7 MTG
