What to do? 2 Possible Benchmarks • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) • Priority-one checkpoints – Goals that must be met to ensure accessibility • Priority-two checkpoints – Not essential, highly recommended • Priority-three checkpoints – Slightly improve accessibility • “Section 508” (a) A text equivalent for every non-text element shall be provided (e.g., via "alt", "longdesc", or in element content).
