2In the coming year, as Steering Committee Designees are moved into Academic Standing Committee positions (to replace people who resign,
take sick leave, etc.), people from the waiting list will be moved into the vacated Steering Committee Designee positions. The Committee on Committees
recommends that a copy of the waiting list be given to chair of the Faculty Executive Committee so that it may recruit those individuals to serve on Faculty
Executive Committees in the coming year.
