Please provide a brief summary of the current status of your LVSS project. This should include project approval status, budget funding approval, resource availability and project planning/development progress. 2 2. Please provide details of the key milestones and target dates in your project plan that will enable you to achieve the end-2011 testing requirement. 3. Have you determined your internal reporting and project governance structure? At what level is the project reported? 4. Please advise details of any important dependencies that you have identified. 5. Please advise details of the any project issues or risks that your institution has identified that you wish to raise with the RBA. Project scope details 1. Please confirm the list of Payment Services that form part of your project (i.e. those clearing arrangements that your institution participates in which require you to send and receive LVSS messages). Section 2.4 of the LVSS Member Documentation lists relevant Payment Services. 3 2. Please advise if your institution intends to send LVSS messages directly to the RBA or whether they will be sent using an agent. 3. Will your institution be sending LVSS messages for any other institutions? If so, please provide details. 4. Please advise if your are planning to receive the optional response and advice LVSS messages and, if so, for some or all Payment Services? 5. If your institution currently uses the RITS Automated Information Facility (AIF) for transaction management, please advise if you also intend to use this facility for the management of LVSS transactions.
