I have some comments and question to apply about the sampling and
surveys, please give the kindly consideration, I will appreciate it.
1. In data collection procedures, annual inspections will be carried
out by a professional survey firm. I wonder that whether it is a
compulsive procedure or not, if do that, I think it is an inefficient and
cost-plus method, I think an experienced implementer or consultant
will do it well by the fair given procedure.
2. Can you give the explicit definition and application scope about
precision level and target variance?
3. Can you illustrate each sampling method and give more
application detail?
4. Which kinds of projects need to do the baseline penetration
sampling?
5. Are you sure that you used the uniform representative symbols in
the context?
