 The individuals who have signing authority for Scotia bank account are no longer
BSU members
 There is a necessity for the signing authority to be assigned to current members
so that the accounts can be closed
 Motion to change signing authority on Scotia bank account to Cesar Inducil and

 Official name, amongst other things, being voted on at their meeting

o Self-sustaining

o Informative plaque (w/ information on project)
