BSU Meeting Minutes June 21st, 2007
I n attendance: Cesar, Andrea, Leoma, Po On
BBQ:

Po On: groceries! Anabelle can drive d
Activities: Leoma, Jackie and Augustine to plan
Andrea going to safeway tonight if we need last minute  pick up cans fo
pop and gloves for serving
Coolers: Andrea and Leoma for patties and hotdogs
BSU can provide 3 parking passes for those bringing up supplies Cesar
will get them
Update: Po On and Anabelle picking up burger buns and condiments and
candy prizes, hotdog buns, paper plates and napkins
Cesar picking up cooler @ Leoma’s house
Cesar and Anabelle to meet at SFU tonight
Suggested activities: Frisbee, 3 legged race, charades, tag, beach ball, syrup
taste test
Prize suggestions: T-shirts, candy, burgers
Scheduling: everyone to be in BSU common room by 10:00am, if unable to
make it please call Cesar
BTW** the BBQ went off awesome I think, the efforts put forth by everyone was
really really great all in all I would consider Friday as a success: Everybody seemed
to ENJOY** woot woot yeah BSU

Road Trip Details:
- to the museum! $10 admission
- 12 hour drive from here
- 1 hour east of Calgary
- Flight prices too much
- Camping not an option, perhaps Calgary hostels
- Greyhound, car rental
- Andrea to look for Greyhound prices and car rentals
- Tentative date: Labour day weekend of first weekend after school
- Anyone have a car…we can drive???
