Reclosure figures for 2014
40 cases went before the Reclosure Panel in 2014.
Of those 40 cases:
•
18 cases resulted in a full file/s reclosure.
•
14 resulted in a partial reclosure i.e. redactions to sensitive information were
made and the rest of the file remaining open.
•
8 cases resulted in the file/s remaining open. (1 case comprised of a whole
MH 106 class of document).
