Description of wording for letter: XYZ Community College has provided several years of
trend data, shown how they are using this data to improve results, and clearly
demonstrated that the loop has been closed. As a result, the note should be removed.
Strengths:
Example: The Board of Commissioners were impressed with the strategic planning
process at XYZ Community College. The faculty and administrators appear to be actively
involved in developing the strategic plan at the department level and integrating the
department goals into the institutional strategic plan.
