Starting November 3rd NSLP sponsors that are required to submit verification will need to enter
verification data into ACES. Verification data must be submitted prior to completing your November
claim for reimbursement. Sponsors that are exempt from Verification, such as RCCIs please ignore.
How to submit verification data on ACES:

Step 1: Complete verification activities (minus recording reapplication prior to Feb. 15).
Step 2: Log in to ACES (http://wveis.k12.wv.us/cnp/)
Step 3: Click the word "Verification" in the left hand menu.
Step 4: Click the word "Summary".
Step 5: Select your program year.
Step 6: Choose your "Type of SFA:"
Step 7: Complete lines 1 -11.
Step 8: Click "Submit"
Step 9: If you complete your verification activities after November 15th you will be asked to complete
an online waiver.
