QUALIFICATIONS 1. High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of (5) years experience in Human Resource; Associate Degree preferred. 2. Knowledge of computer applications as they apply to job responsibilities. 3. Effective skills in oral and written communication. 4. Ability to provide leadership to assigned personnel. 5. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES *1. To assist in monitoring of FTE and position control. *2. To assist in preparation of reports required in personnel division. *3. To assist in New Employee Orientation. *4. To maintain and assist with the preparation and re-evaluation of job descriptions. *5. To act as liaison between personnel and payroll concerning employees salary or inputting problems. *6. To oversee workflow of personnel records specialist and adjust as needed to insure fair and equitable workload to maintain the greatest efficiency and service to employees. *7. To oversee training of new employees hired in personnel records area. *8. To request required reports from MIS Department. *9. To update and maintain Position Master and DD file as it pertains to personnel based on allocations and information provided by administration. 8. To perform assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner. 9. To perform assigned tasks with a high standard of quality. 10. To perform other duties as directed.
