Extension of Contract: Any contract resulting from this solicitation may be extended for a
period not to exceed (1 or 2) year in total, upon mutual agreement of both parties. Pricing shall
be applied as follows. Contract extension will be negotiated in (Insert 2 months prior to contract
end date).
