Other Information: Award Recommendation - This is a notice of the District's intent to award. This bid will be awarded to four (4) contractors, a primary and three (3) alternates. The
primary contractor will be requested to perform the work required for projects with an estimated cost of $3,000.00 or less. Each project estimated to be over $3,000.00 will be given to
all awarded contractors to quote as specified. The primary contractor will be McDines Painting of Brevard and the three (3) alternates are W&G Maintenance, Wells Brothers
Construction Co., Inc. and John W Wilson, LLC.
Below are non-responsive proposers:
One Call Property Services, Inc. submitted a proposal; however it was considered non-responsive because they submitted their proposal late. Proposals must be received in the
Purchasing department by the time and dated listed in section 2.5 of the Invitation to Bid 14-11.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in s. 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond
shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under chapter 120, Florida Statutes. (Note: Florida Statutes 120.57(3) and School Board Policy 7.701 contain entire procedure for filing).
