The answer for WFC3 is the same as for WFPC2, since both are/were centrally
located in the HST FOV:
The rarely seen maximal roll rate about a single guide star results in a shift of
~50 mas on either WFC3 detector in one orbit. The typical roll rate about a single
guide star results in a shift of ~15 mas on either WFC3 detector in one orbit.
