This notice applies only to students who used the Chinese edition of the Regents
Examination in Algebra I (Common Core), either exclusively or in conjunction with the
English edition.
Due to an inaccuracy in the translation of Question 17, all students who used the
Chinese edition, either exclusively or in conjunction with the English edition, should be
given credit for this question.
Make sure to darken the circle for “Chinese” in the box labeled “Alternate Language” on the
answer sheet for all students who used the Chinese edition of this test, either exclusively or
in conjunction with the English edition.
Please photocopy this notice and give a copy of it to each teacher scoring the
Chinese edition of the Regents Examination in Algebra I (Common Core).
