The percentage of NHS Choices traffic made up by early years content has increased from 8.49% to 9.37% during the same period. Visits hit a record high of 2.6million during April 2013 , up 10.2% on the previous month, these increases occurred in most areas of the site for early years content with the exception of Common Health Question and Videoswhich saw a 11% and 6% decrease respectively. Health A-Z saw a 12% increase in visits during April to over 2.4million which equates to 92.8% of the total visits, within this section of the site four of the most common childhood illnesses made up almost half of the overall visits Measles (20%), Chickenpox (17%) , Slapped-Cheek syndrome (8%) and Mumps (4%). Live well content saw the highest % increase during April with visits up 53% to 11,886, this was largely due to the Hayfever and Children page which received over 4,300 visitscompared to just 700 the previous month.
