SUMMER 2015 SESSION 1: JUNE 28 – JULY 11 Dear Student and Parent(s), Welcome to the 2015 Marist Summer Pre-College Program. This summer we are excited to be working with students enrolled in 7 different programs; Criminal Justice, Environmental Science, Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Psychology, Sports Communication, and Theatre. Although each program has a unique academic curriculum, much of the residential component will be shared by students in all 7 programs. All students will be living in six-or seven-person suites in Midrise Hall on the Marist College Campus. Each suite is made up of three double or triple rooms connected to a common living room and bathroom. Each floor has two lounges for studying and hanging out and there is a laundry facility available for student use on the second floor. The Summer Pre-College Programs are staffed by a Professional Resident Director and Assistant Resident Director and Para-Professional Student Resident Assistants. The staff will be living with you in the Midrise and will be there to assist with any issues, ensure your health and safety, provide fun programs during your down time, and assist the faculty on field trips. Below you will find a chart which includes the schedule for June 28th. Check-in will take place in the Midrise parking lot (http://www.marist.edu/m/parking). Due to the large number of students arriving for check-in, we ask that you please adhere to your scheduled check-in time. TIMES CRIMINAL JUSTICE / ENVIRON.
