Sample STUDENT IMPACT GOALS
The following sample Student Impact Goals are provided for your review and consideration.
•
The school counselor with work collaboratively with other educators to reduce absences
of identified chronically absent students by 10% by May 1, 2014.
•
By May 1, 2014 the school counselor will work collaboratively with other educators to
reduce bullying incidences by 15%.
•
The counselor will utilize DFI reports to identify academically struggling students and
collaborate with other educators to improve grade point averages of identified students
by an average of .25 by the end of the 3rd grading period.
•
The school counselor with work collaboratively with other educators to reduce tardies
of identified students at least 10% by May 1, 2014.
•
By May 1, 2014 the school counselor will collaborate with other school staff to decrease
absences of chronically absent students by 15%.
•
By May 1, 2014 the counselor will ensure that 100% of 8th grade students have
participated in a systemic process to improve transitioning from middle to high school.
