RE: Fall 2006 Enrollment
The total enrollment at the third-week census date for the fall 2006 quarter was 15,360, which is 359 more
students than were enrolled in the fall of 2005. This included 10,653 continuing, 4,530 new, 169
returning, and 8 visiting students.
The fall-winter-spring three-quarter average headcount for the 2006-07 academic year is projected at
14,870 headcount (14,825 FTE). Beginning in 2006 the state is fully funding UC students enrolled in
summer session. This will add an additional 715 student FTE, for a combined total FTE enrollment of
15,540 for the academic year.
