RE: Fall 2007 Enrollment
The total enrollment at the third-week census date for the fall 2007 quarter was 15,820, which is 460 more
students than were enrolled in the fall of 2006. This included 10,868 continuing, 4,808 new, 138
returning, and 6 visiting students.
The fall-winter-spring three-quarter average headcount for the 2007-08 academic year is projected at
15,270 headcount (15,214 FTE). Since 2006 the state has fully funded UC students enrolled in summer
session. This will add an additional 766 student FTE, for a combined total FTE enrollment of 15,980 for
the academic year.
