The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business Alutto Chair in Leadership and Professor of Management and Human Resources The Department of Management and Human Resources, Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University, is searching for a distinguished scholar for the Alutto Chair in Leadership. This will be a full-time, tenure-track appointment to begin fall semester 2015. Candidates must have an outstanding record of scholarly accomplishment and have demonstrated leadership ability. The holder of the Alutto Chair will be expected to produce high quality research, to be involved in collaborative research efforts with other faculty, and to provide leadership in research, teaching, and service both within the college and within the field of leadership. Ph.D. (or equivalent) is required, as is a distinguished publication record that places the candidate among the leaders in the field. Teaching and service records must also be at the highest level. The Fisher College of Business is not currently committed to any particular area of research, theory, or methodological approach and is open to applications from any scholar asking novel and interesting questions pertaining to leadership.
