NCDPI has been made aware of issues regarding the assessment administration
component of Schoolnet. The issues reported to the Home Base Support Center
include users being unable to create or to access previously created tests in
Schoolnet. The following message appears: Our Apologies. Sorry--an error occurred
on the page you were viewing. To correct the problem, please click your browser Back
button and repeat your previous activity. If the problem persists, please contact your
local support representative or your Schoolnet Project Manager.
The issue has been escalated to the Pearson development team, and staff members
are working as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. For updates on this issue,
please visit http://www.ncpublicschools.org/homebase/updates/issues/ and select
Schoolnet.
