Before completing the form, please refer to the Graduate Research Re-Admission Procedures. Do not use this form if your enrolment lapsed between 1 January 2013 and 31 December 2014. You should instead complete and submit an Application to Submit Doctoral/Research Master’s Thesis under Lapse of Enrolment form. Do not use this form if you intend to commence a new project. You should instead follow the guidelines at http://www.monash.edu/migr/apply Application Details All former students whose enrolment lapsed or was discontinued in good standing between 1 January 2011 and 31 December 2012 are required to complete a Final Review prior to submitting a thesis for examination. Your final review should be scheduled prior to the date you expect you to submit your thesis. More information about the final review please refer to Section 2: Graduate Research Progress Management Procedures. Please note that the minimum period of enrolment before you will be permitted to submit your thesis for examination is 3 months EFT.
