Overview
To meet the needs of North American optometrists, NSU College of Optometry is presenting a
Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents Certification Course on the beautiful campus of Nova
Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The course will be presented during 10
days with 10 hours of daily lecture for a total of 100 COPE approved hours. If your
state/province requires a different number of hours we can customize the courses for your
individual needs.
There will be an exam following the course. Doctors have the option of taking the test at a
recognized local university in their hometown or it can be taken at Nova on a mutually agreed
upon date. The doctors are responsible for any proctoring fees assessed by their local
college. Upon successful completion of the exam a letter and certificate suitable for hanging will
be given to each attendee.

Core 100-Hour TPA Course - $6500 USD
Customized hours are $65 per credit hour
An initial deposit of $1000 is due by December 31, 2015 to reserve a seat.
Below are the price points that have been designed for credit card payments. All other payments are
considered custom prices, and should be paid with a check. Additional arrangements can be made by

PLEASE NOTE: The balance of the registration fee is due on or before April 1, 2016. Also, the college
reserves the right to cancel the course if sufficient registrations are not received by the due date.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend the course, please notify us by email as soon as possible.. In the event Nova
cancels the course, a full refund of any and all registration fees paid will be issued to registrants. No
refunds will be issued after January 31, 2016. There will be no refund if you don’t attend the course and
do not notify us in advance.
