REIDENBERG is Professor of Law and the Founding Director of the Center on Law and Information Policy at Fordham University School of Law. At Fordham, he directs the LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law and serves as the Director of Intellectual Property and Information Technology Program. Professor Reidenberg is an expert on information technology law and policy. His scholarship has appeared in leading law journals including Emory Law Journal, Hastings Law Journal, Houston Law Review, Stanford Law Review, Texas Law Review and University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Outside the United States, he has published widely in Europe and is a co-author of three leading books and monographs on international data privacy law. Professor Reidenberg teaches courses in Information Privacy, Information Technology Law, Intellectual Property Law, International Trade, and Contracts. Reidenberg has held appointments as a visiting professor at the Université de Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne), at the Université de Paris V (René Descartes) and at AT&T Laboratories - Public Policy Research. Professor Reidenberg received an A.B. degree from Dartmouth College, a J.D. from Columbia University, and both a D.E.A. droit international économique and a Ph.D in law from the Université de ParisSorbonne.
