Ethics & Finance Lecture By Enron Whistleblower Eric Herpin recently retired as General Tax Counsel of ExxonMobil Chemical. A frequent lecturer at Bauer College, he will discuss the ethics associated with corporate tax planning. Student in the course, Finance and Ethics, will examine a sophisticated taxplanning transaction which was supervised by Herpin, and discuss the ethical issues raised by the deal. Jordan Mintz will comment on Mr. Herpin’s lecture and the student presentation. Mintz, an Enron whistleblower, was the former Managing Director for Corporate Tax. Mintz began working at Enron in 1997, where he started as Vice President for Tax at Enron North America.
