SUMMARY
Campus Public Safety received a call from an RA reporting a fire extinguisher missing from a residence hall floor. Later that evening a RA
reported to CPS that she recovered a fire extinguisher at the Boxer Statue at Vandervelden Apartments. CPS Officer found that the fire
extinguisher was discharged on the Boxer statue. No further damage was located. No suspects at this time.

Motor Vehicle Theft
SUMMARY
Student reported their vehicle missing from “E” lot and possibly stolen. A check of campus could find no sign of the vehicle. Police were
called and it was discovered that the vehicle had in fact been stolen and had been recovered by police in North Plains. Vehicle had been
abandoned and set fire and is a total loss. Report filed with FG Police.

SUMMARY
Female student contacted CPS to file a harassment complaint against a male student. Female student and male student were interview by CPS
Officers. Male student was advised to not have any further contact, of any kind, with the female student. Female student was advised to
contact CPS immediately if the male student continued to pursue contact. Pertinent staff was contacted, advised of the situation and will
follow up with both students.

SUMMARY
Odor of marijuana was detected in the third floor hallway of Clark Hall. CPS Officers made contact with students after determining where the
odor was coming from. Three students admitted to smoking marijuana. Marijuana, paraphernalia and alcohol were confiscated. Alcohol was
disposed of at the scene.

SUMMARY
CPS made contact with 3 non-student juveniles at Cannery Field. One of the juveniles fled the scene, one was released, and the other detained
until the Police Department’s arrival. The male detained was found to be in possession of an illegal switch blade style knife, and police
suspected the male to be in possession of trace amounts of heroin, and THC. CPS issued the male a Trespass Notice. Police confiscated the
suspected heroin, and the knife and released him to his own recognizance.

CPS was contacted by Resident Assistants on duty in reference to the odor of marijuana in the second floor, west hallway. CPS Officers were

Campus Public Safety was called by a Resident Assistant who reported a possible physical altercation occurring in a residence hall. Campus
Public Safety arrived and separated the male and female parties who were reportedly involved. It was determined that an Assault IV /
Harassment did occur but the female victim declined to file criminal charges against the male. Both parties mutually agreed not to have any
further contact for the rest of the evening. Report forwarded to the Conduct Review Committee.

Campus Public Safety was called by a Resident Assistant regarding a female student that was unresponsive, had been vomiting and appeared to
be intoxicated. Student was assessed by fire and medical personnel and was determined to be medically stable. Student refused transport to the
hospital. Campus Public Safety seized and destroyed alcohol from the room per protocol.

CPS located an odor of marijuana coming from a academic building. After search of the the building the odor stemmed from an office, the
office had a smoky haze about it, CPS officers located burnt marijuana joints and residue in a trash receptacle. The burnt joints and residue
were seized for evidence.

Campus Public Safety was called by anonymous male regarding an argument between a male and female student occurring outside of a
residence hall. Caller stated his concern the verbal argument was going to become violent. Officers located the female student and determined
that a physical altercation had occurred between both parties. Police arrived and interviewed the male and female involved. After investigating
police determined that the female student was the aggressor in the incident. No charges were filed by police.
