Office of the Vice President Quad Cities & Planning Chris Brown & Lindsay Fender 3/8/13 Overview The Office of the Vice President, Quad Cities & Planning performs administrative duties and business operations in support of Western Illinois University Planning and the Quad Cities campus. The goal of this office is to provide leadership and support for Western Illinois University to continue to serve students and the community.
