• With the textbook on your desk
– Write your first and last name in the inside cover
– IN PEN write “Shaw” next to your name
• Fill out an index card:
Name: First, Last
Textbook Barcode
School and teacher of your last math class
Letter grade you received in your last math
class
Mathematical strengths and weaknesses
MATERIALS NEEDED EVERYDAY
• A three ring binder with at least three separate
sections:
– Daily Notes
– Homework and Class Work
– Quizzes and Tests
• Your covered textbook – Algebra 2
• A hand-held graphing calculator TI-83 plus or
higher
– See Mr. Avery Rm 410 if you need to check one out
• Graphing Paper and Straightedge
