Our Challenges ● Paradigm/Culture Shock ● Staff development should have been more hands-on/inquiry based ● Not giving teachers enough process time ● Resource allocation constraints ● Monitoring process and fidelity ● District assessment changes ● District understanding Our Celebrations ● Several PLCs are high-functioning and are embracing the challenge of improving their data ● We are beginning to see great strides in the culture change ○ "THESE ARE OUR KIDS" and "I SEE THAT THIS IS WORKING!" ○ Teachers would never give up some of the things that they once fought!
