Behavior Side?
Our Challenges
● Paradigm/Culture Shock
● Staff development should have been more
hands-on/inquiry based
● Not giving teachers enough process time
● Resource allocation constraints
● Monitoring process and fidelity
● District assessment changes
● District understanding
Our Celebrations
● Several PLCs are high-functioning and
are embracing the challenge of improving
their data
● We are beginning to see great strides in
the culture change
○ "THESE ARE OUR KIDS" and "I SEE
THAT THIS IS WORKING!"
○ Teachers would never give up some of
the things that they once fought!
(Differentiation, small groups, data
analysis, Wildcat Workout)
● Improved Discipline Data/PBIS Model
School
Our Advice To You
● Strategically plan for and evaluate
yourself and your processes often.
● Be honest and give yourself room to
make mistakes.
● Be patient!
● Let the data drive everything you do.
● Grow each student and teacher by
meeting them where they are.
● Remember, if teachers aren't getting
it, YOUR plan may need adjustment
