How did the class do on each objective? What questions/assessment tool showed the most success? Why? Which showed the least success? Why? Were there any questions missed by the majority of the classes? Why? What are you going to do to fix the issues? Plan for Student Success Individualized Student Success Plans that address areas of weakness. Make them unique to the students, not just a boilerplate document. Student plans to help high achieving students grow even more. Too often we overlook these kids because we think, “Oh, they’ll get it on their own.” - Not Always the Case. Can you play every part…NO. You do, however, critique, confirm, or assist with the best and most effective performance. Make sure you recognize the musicians. They are the ones actually playing the music, you’re just waving your arms! When something does not work, you have to improvise like a jazz musician. Make is fit the melody and sound good!!
