Students must complete ENG 180, ENG 280, COMM 241, and MATH 106 with a grade of C or higher prior to semester 5.
Candidates must decide very early in their degree if they want to study abroad. In many cases,
the best semester for study abroad is in the sophomore year (semester 4). Course work specific
to the education major may not be available abroad, and candidates may need to extend their
plan of study an additional semester if studying abroad. For more information about study
abroad, please contact the study abroad office.
