B. Optometry Examination for the II , IV & VI Semester will be held in May 2015 and Practical

Examination for the IV & VI Semester will be held on various Examination Centres. The time table will
be declared soon.
01. This Examination Form is only for “Repeater Student’’. Fresh student of B.Sc.(Opto) need not have
to fill this Examination form. Examination fees Rs. 350/- per theory & Practical paper and Rs.
100/- for Internal Exams.
02. The Students should attach attested xerox copy of last mark sheet along with the Examination
form, otherwise your form will not be accepted.
03. Payment of fees : Fees should be paid by challans in any branch of Bank of Maharashtra / Central
Bank of India / Bank of India /Union Bank of India / Punjab National Bank Challans are available at
any study centre.

After last date of submission of Examination form to Regional Office, Study Centres paid Rs. 200/- per day
05. The student should record carefully (tick marks ü) the subject for which he/she wants to appear.
Subjects cannot be changed. The student will not allowed to appeared without hall ticket and identity
card.
06. After receiving your Examination form and fee, the University will allot you examination Centre. You
will get your Hall Ticket from Study centre or you can download it from university website
http://ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac
07. You should be present at least half an hour earlier at Exam Centre.
08. From this year objective and discriptive questions will be given together in single question
paper, student should write objective and discriptive answers in same answersheet. ICR
sheet will not be provided for objective answers.
09. Result will be declared on website if you have any doubt about the marks obtained, you can request for
“verification of marks” by sending application form and necessary fees challan for verification within
15 days of declaration of examination result. “Mark Verification Form” can be fill up online on university
website http://ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac (Fee for Marks Verification is Rs. 100/- for each Course.)
