Privacy Policy according to art. 13 under Legislative Decree n. 196/2003
In order to be able to log in and use the online services provided by our Company, and to seal any
agreement, we may ask you to provide some personal data which treatment will be under the absolute
respect of the legal dispositions of Legislative Decree n.196/2003 and following amendments.
In application of the Legislative Decree above and according to art. 13 we wish to inform you that:
1. The information you provide will be treated for the following purposes: to provide the requested
services, create Traveller Profiles, memorize travel habits, preferences, ownership of frequent flyer cards,
carnets, subscriptions, to provide call center and customer satisfaction services. We also may ask you
information about your hotel booking preferences, your fidelity programs, about the frequent traveller
program and/or the car rental service. You can decide not to provide any information, but some general
data about your Company will be necessary in order to log in as users, choose products or services,
complete the Traveller Profile, answer to a survey, a contest or a promotion, to submit any question or
start any operation on our website. When you make a reservation for someone else, we will ask you the
personal data and travel preferences for that traveller. You will need the consent of the other travellers
before providing their personal information and their travel preferences. You will need the same consent
from your employees, collaborators and relatives before providing their personal data and travel habits.
2. The data will be processed through computer and manual technologies under the respect of the
minimal security measures required by law.
3. The gathered information will also be communicated to Airlines, Hotel Chains, Car Rental Companies,
GDSs (Global Distribution Systems) or to other suppliers of the requested services in order to be able to
provide any further service. We suggest you to analyse the privacy policies of any third travel supplier
whose products you chose through Ventura S.p.A.
4. The gathered information may also be communicated in anonymous way to conduct marketing
campaigns and to periodically forward a newsletter or to occasionally send advertising and informative
materials.
5. Your consent for the purposes as stated at point 1, and your consent for any communication of your
information to third parties involved in the service (e.g. hotels, carriers, rail companies, car rental
companies, etc.) for the purposes as stated at point 3 is mandatory. The lack of said consent will cause
the impossibility to provide the requested service. Your consent for the purposes as stated at point 4 is
discretionary.

subsequently processed;
c) the statement that the operations at letters a) and b) have been notified, also concerning their content,
to those to which the information has been communicated or distributed, except the case in which this
execution turns out to be impossible or requires a use of means blatantly disproportionate to the
protected right.
4. The person concerned has the right to oppose, at all or partially:
a) for legitimate reasons linked with the treatment of their personal information, if pertinent to the
gathering purpose;
b) to the treatment of their personal information with purposes of forwarding advertising or direct selling
material, marketing surveys or commercial communication.
