Dear partners,
I would like to update you concerning the second round for the application procedures for the next academic year 2016-2017 (full year and winter semester): deadlines, language and special requirements for incoming students. Both, double degree students and exchange students, are concerned by this information.
Should you not be the recipient in charge of your outgoing students I would be grateful if you could forward this information to the right person.
DEADLINES FOR NOMINATIONS
Nomination should be endorsed by email to: alma.catala-luna@enpc.fr
(as you have notice Moveonnet is not working!).
Please note that only nominations from our partner universities will be taken into consideration.
Deadlines for nominations:
28/03/2016 for all doubles degree students and exchange students applying for the academic year 2016-2017 (fall semester or two semesters).
DEADLINES FOR APPLICATIONS
15 of April 2016 for all double degree students and for exchange students applying for the fall semester 2016 (September 2016 to February 2017) or for the full year.
All the complete applications will be assessed by an admission panel.
Applications must be send in ONE single pdf document (Maximum 30 Mo).
Please take care about the restrictions of my email address , files exceeding 30 Mo are rejected. When you try to send me an email up than 30 Mo my email will reject your email without send any error message.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
We would like to remind you that all incoming students should be proficient in French and that we required a level higher or equivalent to A2 (B1 for students coming from non-roman language countries).
As proof we accept official certificates such as TEF: 204 ; DELF: A2 ; TCF: 200. You can also use the certificate add to the application form duly completed and signed by your university’s language center or any other officially recognized language school.
Nerveless you will be required to send an official certificate before your arrival in France.
We require also double degree students to provide certification of a level equivalent to B1 in English.
Without the required minimum, École des Ponts ParisTech reserves the right to refuse the application.
STUDY PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS FOR NON DEGREE EXCHANGE
STUDENTS
Exchange students should also provide a Learning Agreement and chose a major. This
Learning agreement must include a minimum of 15 scientific and technical ECTS per semester, and at least 50% of these ECTS in their major (Civil Engineering and
Construction; Transport, Planning and Environment; Economics, Finance and
Management; Mechanical Engineering and Materials; Industrial Engineering; Applied
Mathematics and Computer Sciences).
