Tips for Creating Web forms that are automatically converted into ImageNow forms

When you create a web form that will convert to an ImageNow form, contact Sue Krings or Dan Dunbar.
You must create certain fields in your web form. These fields map to ImageNow index fields.
Email notifications can be sent to any email address entered into the form—if you work with Sue Krings and Dan Dunbar to configure the notification.

There are few standards. However, we should try to adhere to current/best practices and develop standards.
For example, BFS accounting has standard related to the fields used for debited department, credited department, PO#, etc.
BFS also has standards for student information.
HR has similar standards.
