Camp Location
All camps will convene in the gymnasium on the 2nd floor of the Business & Education building. This
room is referred to as the B&E Gym. After camp staff verifies that all paperwork is complete, campers
will enter the gym where their teachers will meet them and take them to their specific classrooms. If
you would like to know the specific camp location for your child, please ask Amy Westra in the
Continuing Education office (803-641-3741 or amyw@usca.edu). Campers will also be picked up by
their parent or guardian at the B&E Gym at the end of camp.
Camper’s Grade Level
Grades listed refer to your child’s grade level in the fall of 2016. Recommended ages and grade levels
will be followed to ensure an appropriate and stimulating learning environment for our campers.
Additional Parental Consent Forms
In addition to the Registration Form, all campers must have on file with the Office of Continuing
Education a signed Waiver & Media Release form, Health & Emergency Information form, and RX &

to 803-641-3580 or mailed to the address above.
Lunch Bunch & Snacks
All campers who spend a full day with us will be supervised during lunch. Staff will escort and supervise
the campers during lunchtime and return them to their afternoon camp. Please send a lunch that does
not require refrigeration. Campers will not be permitted to purchase lunch on campus. Campers also
have short breaks during the day so feel free to send a snack and drink for your camper. Vending
machines are available, but do not include many healthy snack options.
