WHEREAS: NISG Senate needs a Recording Secretary to have weekly minutes; and
WHEREAS: The weekly minutes are important for seeing what has happened at past Senate
meeting; and
WHEREAS: Alex Newkirk is interested in the position for a second year after being Recording
Secretary last year; and
RECOGNIZING: That Alex Newkirk did an excellent job as Recording Secretary last year;
thus
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED: The Northern Iowa Student Government Senate hereby
appoints Alex Newkirk to the position of Recording Secretary for the 2014-2015 NISG Senate.
