He joined the NHS at 17 as a theatre technician at Royal Liverpool Infirmary and has over 35 years of experience of working in the NHS. Patient /Public Rep Alan Keys Alan Keys is a Lay Member for PPI on the board of High Weald Lewes Havens CCG. He is also a member of various other groups including the British Heart Foundation Prevention and Care Reference. Doctor Ronan Fenton Dr Ronan Fenton is Medical Director at Mid Essex Hospital Services where he has worked for 12 years as a specialist consultant in anaesthetics Doctor Colin Johnson Colin Johnson is a Consultant Surgeon specialising in pancreatic surgery at University Hospitals Southampton. Colin has led reviews of cancer services for Peer Review and reviews of surgical services for the Royal College of Surgeons Invited Review Mechanism. Doctor Marcelle Michail Dr Marcelle Michail is Clinical Director for Surgery and Critical Care at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, Essex.
