RESPIRATORY THERAPIST REGISTRATION INFORMATION

SECOND TERM

This letter is to inform you of the classes for which you need to register for the upcoming spring term. We have provided you with course name and section as well as synonym numbers to use for the Express Registration through EagleNet.

Priority Registration for spring is November 2-6, 2015. Please check EagleNet for your priority date and time schedule. Failure to register by Friday November 13, 2015 may result in

removal from your program.

You will need to register for all classes listed under Group A or Group B. You are also responsible for registering for any general education courses that you have not completed.

*Courses may have been taken before beginning the technical portion of the program and do not need to be retaken. All (*) items MUST be completed either before or during the given semester and passed with a C- or higher to be able to enroll into subsequent semester course work.

GENERAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of General Education courses prior to graduation with the Associates of Applied

Science (AAS) degree is the responsibility of you as the student.

• The following General Education Courses are recommended to be completed during or prior to the Spring Semester: o

• The following General Education Courses are required to be completed prior to the completion of the program to meet the A.A.S degree option. Some of these courses may already be
