Which ones were not? Please explain below: Both of these two are beneficial to me. In the help room, I usually ask some questions about hws; while during the office hours, the instructor always helps me to understand better for exams. Dr. Pendelton was in his office often which was extremely helpful since he is an extremely gifted instructor and made himself available to explain any concepts that were hazy in class Extra time the instructor allotted to review for homework and exams. Instructor's office hours were extremely beneficial to my success in the class. The instructor was nearly always available for help, even outside of office hours. Mr Pendleton is so smart and available and helpful. He really made sure we had all the tools we needed to sicceed . He even make up one hour from his busy schedule to help us with our homework. This the best instructor I have ever have in my all entire school life Office hours were great, useful, and very plentiful. Office hours were helpful. Help room was sometimes helpful, usually when it wasn't helpful was when the person helping me didn't understand the level of detail I was being asked to show and the shortcuts I wasn't allowed to take. The homework review sessions were critical to my understanding of the material covered in this course and were greatly appreciated. the office hour was very beneficial 5.4) What grade do you expect from this course? 0 0% 0 0% 0 0% 3 4 10 17.6% 23.5% 58.8% S (satisfactory) A, A- 1 2 3 4 5 n=17 av.=5.41 md=6 dev.=0.8 6 6. Other 6.1) Additional Comments Dr. Pendleton is an extremely helpful and engaging instructor. He is very welcoming to students' questions during his office hours and works to accommodate appointments. He is one of the best instructors I've had in a math class at ISU. He is the best :) His lectures are excellent! Exams are very fair!He has been working very hard for this course. He is more than willing to help students. I thought the homeworks and quizzes were well designed and very helpful in learning the material and in preparation for the tests. I also found the study sessions for the test and to go over homework to be very useful. No instructor in my experience has devoted as much time to any class that he did. He did everything in his power to give each student the opportunity to succeed. One of the best instructors I've ever had. The class was extremely hard, but Dr. Pendleton is an amazing lecturer who, in the process of conveying hard material, never makes you feel dumb. He's extremely understanding and helpful in trying to make sure everyone understands the material and can achieve the best they can. The beginning of the course was largely review from 201 - in my opinion there could be less review of basic topics such as set theory and more emphasis on the denser topics of the course non 7.
