4. Attach a letter indicating your goals after graduation from ENMU.
5. Return your application along with any attachments to GA 45, or mail it to: ENMU Athletics

Some ENMU scholarships have specific conditions. Please review criteria for each scholarship to make sure you have addressed

only award scholarships to students who have completed the admission process.

Checklist for Application Process
(When applying for scholarships, please use this Checklist as a tool to aid you in eliminating errors.)
A separate application is needed for each scholarship applied for (Applications 1 and 3 are exceptions)
Transcripts must be attached to each application submitted (does not need to be official – a student copy
is sufficient)
Sign and date each application
Sign Form 7 (if Form 7 is required for a particular scholarship)
Submit a list of classes you plan to take in the summer (if any)
Staple applications (no paperclips or other types of bindings should be used)
No envelopes are needed if delivering applications in person
If mailing application(s), separate envelopes are not necessary unless they go to different locations
(locations are stated on the applications)
When mailing applications, the deadline date refers to the postmarked date
The location where applications are to be delivered (or mailed) is located in the box near the top of each
application form
