Muskegon Community College Michigan Transfer Agreement The following courses may be taken at Muskegon Community College to fulfill the basic general education requirements at four-year colleges that participate in the Michigan Transfer Agreement (MTA). A grade of “C” or better is required in each course used to fulfill requirements of the Agreement. A minimum of one credit hour must be completed at Muskegon Community College. This list reflects only current classes; the Registrar’s Office maintains a historical listing of courses that are accepted as part of the Michigan Transfer Agreement.
