2. Increase knowledge base about student growth and measures used in educator evaluations
Background: One of the RttT activities is to develop a plan for improving the use of student growth data in
educator evaluations. This plan must be based on stakeholder input and relevant research. This quarterly
meeting focuses on research about student growth measures and some models being used in North Carolina.
