❖ Table Tents
➢ For Maucker Union visit the Admin office located by Prexy’s or visit the website
■ The person at the desk can check the calendar to make sure the dates you want are
open
■ Visit www.uni.edu/involvement and under documents and forms is request for table tent
displays otherwise visit this and it takes you directly there

■ They are good for two days
■ Set up a month in advance or MORE Plan Ahead!
● There is no limit how far you can schedule in advance
➢ For the Dining Centers Table Tents
■ Call the DOR at 319-273-2333 with the dates you want for the table tents
● Once the dates are ok’d you will send an electronic copy of your design to Carol
Fletcher
❖ Tabling in the Union
➢ To table in the Union stop by the Admin office located by Prexy’s or visit the website
■ The person at the front desk can let you know if you know if the dates are available
❖ Flyers
➢ Visit www.uni.edu/involvement and in the right hand side under the drop down menu of “Student
Orgs” there is a link for “Documents and Forms”
■ It is a request for Copyworks to print your document as needed
■ Fill this out at least a week in advance to make sure you have them in time
● They are usually quite quick
● Check with your chapter for payment for copyworks
■ Save them as a PDF because it is easier to upload them and it is easier for them too
➢ Hang them on any of the public boards/kiosks
■ The only ones that need approval from the DOR are the ones that go in the dorm’s
public billboards, ones for Panther Village/Roth, ones in the Redeker Center, and in 23rd
Market
❖ Bubble Posters in the Union (by Lang hall/ Maucker Ballrooms)
➢ Rent them in the Union at the Student Involvement Center desk with Pam
■ She will check the calendar for the dates
■ It is free
➢ Must be in black and white 8x11
■ Pam will blow it up before putting it in the display
❖ NISG Tv Monitors in Maucker Coffee House
➢ Submit a one slide powerpoint to nisg@uni.edu with the dates you would like your event to be
shown on the TVs in the Union (Submit 2 weeks in advance preferably)
➢ http://www.uni.edu/nisg has the specific requirements if you visit the website and in the left side
there is a link to Maucker Union TV Monitors
■ It is free and it will show for a week
❖ Electronic Board outside of Maucker Union:
➢ Visit www.uni.edu/involvement and under the “Student Orgs” tab click documents and forms
➢ Then click on the “Electronic Advertising Form” link and it has everything you need to know
❖ Newspaper:
➢ Write your own add or give basic information such as time and location for the newspaper and
they will write you an add. You must submit it by that Thursday before and the following week
on Monday they will run your add in the Northern Iowan
■ Please check their website for cost

Kamerick Arts Building: boards near hallway leading to UNI-Dome Walkway (1)
Communication Arts Building: Large round kiosk in entrance (1)
Curris Business Building: Bulletin board on Main floor in study area across from Commodities Food Cars (1)
Redeker Center: Board by Biscottis; *must have DOR stamp (1)
23rd Street Maucker: Board as you walk in *must have DOR stamp (1)
College Hill Boards: along Hill (2)

Various dorm/Panther Village/ROTH bulletin boards: *must have DOR stamp of approval & give to the front
desk of the dorm/PV/ROTH
*To get DOR approval bring your posters to the Department of Residence located in Redeker Center and they
will stamp as many as you need
