The watercraft COSIS contract will be in compliance with JEGS
EDC for the ER and FONSI is 19 Jul 02

YND Load Bearing Study

Discussion.

Study verifying pier strength will preclude damage to watercraft and pier
JED is expediting core sampling and testing
Results will be used to design and build cradles with correct footprint
One LCM8 from the SV to remain pierside until the AC downloads in Sep for a
consolidated lift with floating and mobile cranes to permanent dry storage locations
