WOI, IA 04-03-07 Missing ISU Student's Body Found The search for missing ISU student Abel Bolanos is over. University Police Tuesday night confirmed that the body found Tuesday afternoon is the sophomore from a Chicago suburb. Authorities and volunteers expanded their search for Bolanos Tuesday morning to lakes and ponds in and around Iowa State University. Divers took a closer look at Lake Laverne in the middle of ISU's campus. Police say around 3:30, those divers reported finding a body that matched the description of Bolanos. Bolanos disappeared around 4 a.m. Saturday morning. He was last seen drinking at a party just west of campus. Police say he left behind his keys and his car. Bolanos lived at the Wallace dormitory in a complex known as the towers several blocks south of campus. Police say there are no obvious signs of foul play, but they have not determined the cause of death. It's not clear how Bolanos ended up at the lake. Police are looking for clues to tell them more about what happened to Bolanos.
