IT IS FURTHER ORDERED vacating the April 7, 2015, trial setting conference
in this matter.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs will notify the Court within seven
days of the Supreme Court’s decision in Arizona State Legislature.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that after the decision is issued by the Supreme
Court, the Parties will work to develop a schedule that adheres as closely as possible to
the timeframes in the current Scheduling Order so all parties retain the same amount time
to prepare their case as they had at the time this stay was entered.
